Qualifications

• Italian level C1 and English level B2 required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or tourism/travel is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer's situation and process claims.
• Manage legal claims with lawyers and enforcement bodies and assess foundations.
