Formación

• Fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service or tourism/travel is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Verify transport operators treat passengers according to their rights.
• Assess each customer’s situation and manage their legal claims with follow-up.
• Coordinate with lawyers, legal officers and enforcement bodies as needed.
