Cross Border Talents seeks a Client Service Manager fluent in Nordic languages to join our Lisbon team on site. The role focuses on service management reviews, relationship health, and performance reporting.

You’ll bring ITIL V3/V4 and Cisco CSM certifications, experience with PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook, and a proactive mindset. Salary and benefits include private health and life insurance and a meal allowance, with a permanent contract.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Certifications: ITIL V3/v4, CISCO CSM.
• Experience: Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools; knowledge of business planning, resource management and budgeting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Service Management Reviews: Align client services and performance with business goals; manage regular contract reviews and updates.
• Relationship Management: Maintain customer health, visibility, compliance, and address red flag issues proactively.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee service level assessments, reporting and analysis; drive service improvements with Operations and Service Delivery.
• Performance Metrics: Review KPIs, provide action plans and deliver timely reports to senior management.
