Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in a Nordic language to join a global support team from Lisbon. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, resolving product, billing, and technical issues with empathy and accuracy.

This permanent full-time role emphasizes quality customer experiences, knowledge sharing, and collaboration in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical assistance is desirable.
• Fluency in one Nordic language (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Icelandic) and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a multinational team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat in one Nordic language.
• Assist customers with product questions, billing, orders, and technical issues.
• Log interactions accurately and follow up on cases until resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and own the case end-to-end.
