Cross Border Talents is seeking a friendly Norwegian-speaking customer service agent based in Lisbon to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with product questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions while upholding high service standards.

You will document interactions in our systems, collaborate with internal teams on complex problems, and participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities in a vibrant, supportive Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills.
• B2 level proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex problems.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
