Key Responsibilities

• Service Management Reviews: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align client services and performance with business goals, managing regular contract reviews and updates.
• Relationship Management: Maintain overall customer health, ensuring visibility and compliance, and address red flag issues proactively.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee service level assessments, reporting, and analysis. Drive service improvements and process enhancements, working closely with Operations and Service Delivery.
• Performance Metrics: Review KPIs, provide action plans, and deliver accurate, timely reports to senior management for forecasting and analysis.
• Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and day-to-day improvements with a cooperative spirit.

Requirements
