The Central House in Lisbon is seeking a friendly Night Front Desk Agent to welcome travelers and support 24/7 hostel operations. This temporary, full-time role covers a medical leave with a rotating night schedule.

You will check guests in/out, share local tips, handle reservations, and work with housekeeping to ensure top-notch guest satisfaction. English proficiency and reliability are essential for this cross-cultural team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with the MEWS programme is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/outs smoothly.
• Share local attractions and recommendations with guests.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and a tidy front desk.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Contribute to a positive online reputation through excellent interactions.
• Submit police reports as needed.
