Limehome in Lisbon is seeking a Portuguese and English-speaking Receptionist to greet guests and deliver exceptional service at the front desk. You’ll handle on-site arrivals and support guests with inquiries in English and Portuguese, creating a warm, memorable experience.

You'll work across reservations and guest services, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and assist with back-office tasks. Flexibility for weekend shifts and rotating schedules is required to keep our guests

Qualificações

• You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs.
• You communicate fluently in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus.
• You have at least 1.5 years of experience in a hotel front desk/reception.
• You stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
• You fully support Limehome's concept and vision.
• You are willing to work in rotative shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Be the key contact at the front desk for guests on-site and via ticketing system.
• Respond to inquiries in Portuguese and English and provide information with a personal touch.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Handle back-office and online tasks, mixing onsite and digital responsibilities.
• Manage the Property Management System (PMS) including room status and guest profiles.
• Coordinate room readiness and ensure seamless service for guests.
