Qualificações

Our chain of hostels extends across Istambul, Portugal, Spain and Morocco, and now, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse guests.

Your Role:

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team in Lisbon on a temporary basis, covering a medical leave for an indefinite period. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule, working 5 days per week.

As a Night Front Desk Agent, you will be the first smile that welcomes our guests and the foundation of our hostel's operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Warmly greeting guests and facilitating seamless check-ins and check-outs.
• Sharing insights about local attractions, events, and must-visit spots.
• Handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests with a genuine desire to assist.
• Ensuring accurate and organized cash transactions while maintaining a tidy front desk area.
• Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable stay.
• Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive online reputation through exceptional guest interactions.
• Sending Police Report
