Catawiki is hiring a CS International Representative to resolve queries and disputes from buyers and sellers. You will engage via chat, email, phone, and social channels, ensuring timely, accurate resolutions and maintaining high service standards.

You will work at our Lisbon office on a hybrid basis, with 2+ days in person weekly, and require German and English language proficiency. The role is an interim 7‑month contract starting in November 2026.

Qualificações

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer queries and disputes across chat, email, phone, and social channels.
• Mediate between buyers and sellers to find workable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other teams to improve customer experience.
