Qualificações

• 1–4 years direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in customer service environments preferred (hospitality, retail, call centre, etc.).
• Ability to switch between channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Willing to commute to Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work at least 2 weekends a month and some public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers via chat, email, phone and social media to resolve queries.
• Resolve disputes between buyers and sellers and mediate solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other departments to improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to improve products and services.
