Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/culinary operations.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must have authorization to work in an European country.
• Reading, writing and speaking Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest order while following quality standards.
• Maintain safe, sanitary kitchen, food storage and handling procedures.
• Perform culinary production, portion control and service standards.
• Follow production schedule for timely service.
• Prepare meats/poultry/game/fish, vegetables and fruits.
• Move equipment to and from stations and maintain cleanliness.
• Keep station and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Store, rotate and manage all food products per guidelines.
