Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is hiring through Hosco in Lisbon for kitchen operations. The role requires experience in kitchen/culinary tasks, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/culinary operations.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish major tasks (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain food storage and handling procedures.
• Perform technical culinary food production, portion control, and service standards.
• Follow production schedule.
• Prepare food items including meats, poultry, fish, vegetables and fruits.
• Move equipment between stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and equipment.
• Properly store, rotate, and manage all food products following local, state, federal, and company guidelines.
