Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Lisbon is seeking a professional Cook to join the hotel’s culinary team. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest orders, uphold production standards, and maintain sanitary practices in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, plus Portuguese and English language proficiency. Join our team and contribute to memorable guest experiences at CURA restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/culinary operations.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must have authorization to work in an European country.
• Reading, writing and speaking Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest order, meeting production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Maintain food storage and handling procedures.
• Perform culinary production, portion control and service standards.
• Follow production schedule.
• Prepare meats/poultry/game/fish, vegetables, and fruits.
• Move equipment to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Keep a clean and sanitary work station and equipment.
• Store, rotate, and manage all food products per guidelines.
