Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Lisbon seeks a Sous Chef to join CURA Restaurant, in the heart of the city. You will support the Restaurant Chef and lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional, seasonally inspired cuisine with style and precision.

You should have at least one year in culinary/F&B supervisory roles, a hospitality degree, and fluent English and Portuguese. This is a frontline opportunity to contribute to a luxury dining experience and grow within a global hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• College degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
• Minimum one year in culinary/F&B supervisory roles.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Chef in planning, organizing and directing kitchen work.
• Ensure high quality and consistent food preparation for CURA Restaurant.
• Maintain standards of safety, cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
