Hyatt Andaz Lisbon is seeking a Receptionist/Host to join our Front Office team in Lisbon. You will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and deliver a personalized luxury experience in line with Hyatt's standards at a premier urban resort.

The role requires at least one year in a luxury hotel, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the brand’s service excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle check-in/check-out with speed and accuracy.
• Manage reservations and inquiries using Opera Cloud.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and events.
• Handle calls, emails and guest requests with proper follow-up.
• Address concerns promptly and empathetically.
• Maintain records and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure guest comfort.
• Keep reception area tidy and elegant to reflect the brand.
• Participate in ongoing training for enhanced service.
