Responsabilidades

• Greet guests at check-in and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Process payments and issue receipts using the POS system.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Promote hotel amenities to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and care to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure smooth service.
