Olivia Hotels Collection is seeking a Front Office Receptionist for Olivia Lisboa, a new hotel project in Lisbon. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences with a warm, professional approach and impeccable service standards.

You will be part of a luxury team delivering seamless check-in/check-out and personalised guest interactions, contributing to the opening of a distinctive hotel concept in a vibrant city.

Qualificações

• Previous Front Office experience in a 4-star Superior or 5-star hotel is essential.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Spanish or additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional and personalised manner.
• Deliver a seamless experience throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
• Handle check-in and check-out with efficiency and discretion.
• Anticipate guest preferences and needs, offering thoughtful and personalised solutions.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable moments.
• Handle requests, feedback and challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and personalised recommendations.
