Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
• Process payments including room charges, cash, checks, and credit/debit transactions.
• Handle check-outs and resolve any late or disputed charges.
• Answer calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns from guests with courtesy and clarity.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness for check-in.
• Provide guests with directions and information about property and local areas of interest.
