Martinhal is seeking a Receptionist 2nd – Front Office to join the Lisbon team. You will engage with guests, handle check-in/check-out, and support the Front Office with a high level of service in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, English fluency, and strong communication, computer skills, and a flexible, team-oriented attitude. The role is based at Martinhal Lisbon Oriente with meals and training opportunities offered.

Qualificações

• Training in Hospitality/Tourism or experience in 4- and 5-star hotels (min 2 years).
• Fluency in English is essential and professional communication is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional appearance.
• Good computer skills (Office) and familiarity with PMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Martinhal brand in all guest interactions and front office duties.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and resolve requests promptly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
