Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks an IT Support Specialist in Lisbon to enable colleagues with top-tier IT assistance and a seamless digital workplace. You will work with Iberia and global IT to drive automation, AI, and modern tools, ensuring a secure and productive environment.

You will provide 1st/2nd line support for Windows, 365 apps, and devices, mentor junior staff, and contribute to runbooks and knowledge articles helping teams operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and endpoint management.
• Certification in Microsoft or ITIL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support for the Lisbon Capability Center and resolve complex issues.
• Support local and global IT initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and improve processes.
• Manage incidents, requests, assets, and CMDB data in ServiceNow.
• Deliver onboarding and end-user training, onsite or remote support for meetings.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks; identify recurring issues for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to support business needs.
