Riskified in Lisbon is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our global Recruitment team. This hybrid role will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to attract and hire talent across multiple functions.

You will leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while scaling our global organization.

Qualificações

• 4–6+ years of experience in end-to-end, in-house recruitment.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions, including Tech, GTM and business roles.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment workflows and improve hiring outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and regions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and build strategies.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear, transparent communication.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve sourcing and engagement.
• Coordinate processes across Portugal and collaborate with stakeholders globally.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
• Track KPIs to monitor pipeline health and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure processes align with local labor regulations and hiring standards.
• Support employer branding initiatives and continuous process improvement.
