Iterable seeks a Lisbon-based Technical Recruiter to partner with a global Talent Acquisition team and grow our Lisbon presence. You will source, engage, and guide candidates through a thoughtful hiring process across technical and non-technical roles, while shaping a candidate experience that reflects Iterable’s culture.

This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who loves technology, AI trends, and building lasting relationships with people.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a talent-adjacent role.
• Genuine interest in technology and AI trends.
• Ability to discuss software teams and engineering practices with credibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about the "why" behind roles, decisions and processes.
• People-centric mindset focused on candidate experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support and progressively own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles in Lisbon.
• Deliver a top-class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand each role, tech stack, and team to engage candidates effectively.
• Explore AI tools and new approaches to sourcing and recruiting workflows.
• Maintain templates, scheduling, and ATS accuracy to ensure a seamless hiring process.
