MoOngy is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Portugal, focusing on recruiting for the Belgian market. You will manage the full lifecycle for tech roles and build a strong international candidate pipeline.

Based in Lisbon with hybrid work (2–3 days onsite), you will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, screen candidates, and collaborate with managers to grow our technology consulting teams.

Qualificações

• Around 2 years of experience in IT/Tech Recruitment.
• Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting technology profiles.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• French is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit technology professionals across software development, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data-related positions.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' technical and soft skills.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously for the Belgian market.
• Work closely with Business Managers supporting the growth of technology consulting teams.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor market trends and identify innovative sourcing strategies.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
