Iterable in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, sourcing and engaging candidates, and guiding them through our hiring process. You’ll deliver a candidate experience that reflects who Iterable is while partnering with hiring managers to understand roles, tech stacks, and why decisions are made.

This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is curious about technology and AI trends, willing to explore

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a talent-adjacent role.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Genuine interest in technology and AI trends.
• Willingness to explore new AI tools hands-on.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• People-oriented with a focus on candidate experience.

Responsabilidades

• Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles in Lisbon.
• Deliver a top-class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and tech stack.
• Engage and evaluate candidates with a technologist mindset.
• Support TA operations: templates, scheduling, ATS upkeep.
• Build presence in the local tech community.
