Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking customer support agent to handle inbound calls and live chats about billing, account access, and service changes. You will record interactions in our CRM and be coached to balance quality with efficiency.

We value patient, organized communicators who enjoy solving problems and can stay calm under pressure, with paid training provided. Portuguese is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Portuguese is an asset but not required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and live chats covering billing, account access, service changes and general product inquiries.
• Record interactions accurately in CRM to inform the team and drive service improvements.
• Remain calm and patient when customers are frustrated and guide them to solutions.
