Innopath Consulting Lda in Lisbon is seeking a motivated English Ads Support Specialist to assist users with advertising on a leading AI platform. You will troubleshoot account and payments issues, explain policies, and deliver excellent service via phone, email, and chat.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and an interest in AI and digital advertising. On-site, full-time with 24/7 shift coverage and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve issues related to advertisements, advertising accounts, payments, account access, and platform functionality.
• Help users understand advertising policies, account requirements, and platform guidelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting advertisement creation, publication, delivery, billing, and account performance.
• Guide users through advertising tools, platform features, and relevant processes.
• Provide clear, accurate, and customer-friendly support by telephone, email, and chat.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay informed about platform updates, advertising policies, and support procedures.
