CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking Sales Development Representatives / Account Managers for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will work with a globally recognized digital platform, supporting businesses in building and optimizing online advertising strategies.

This full-time position in Lisbon offers paid training, a 40-hour week, and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets.
• Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English (C1/C2) with 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners.
• Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences.
