CloserHire is recruiting for the Lisbon, Portugal area to fill a role as Sales Development Representative / Account Manager for a leading global customer experience provider. The position is on-site in Lisbon with relocation support for English-speaking candidates.

You will build a B2B pipeline, onboard advertisers, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or digital marketing, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required, 1–2 years in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new business opportunities via outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach).
• Build and manage a B2B pipeline with clients and agency partners.
• Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers.
• Recommend tailored advertising solutions as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor campaigns and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
