Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first touchpoint for customers, handling inquiries across phone, chat, and email. You will follow up on open cases, identify recurring issues, and keep interactions calm and clear even when customers are frustrated.

Required are fluent French and English at B2 level, plus a willingness to learn new internal systems. This on-site role serves customers across multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• French fluency is required.
• English level: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities
