CloserHire is recruiting for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international e-commerce platform. You will help buyers, sellers, and creators with orders and platform services, delivering fast, professional resolutions.

The role requires native German and good English, with training provided. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, you will join an international, multicultural team and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling high contact volumes during campaigns and peak times.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls in German and English.
• Assist buyers, sellers, and creators with order, deliveries, and platform inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve issues by reviewing order and logistics data.
• Maintain case records with accurate documentation of interactions.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams as needed.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, customer-focused experience.
• Stay up to date with platform features and policies.
• Ensure service levels and quality standards are met.
