Qualificações

• Native-level German required.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls in German and English
• Assist buyers, sellers, and creators with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and platform services
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing order and logistics information
• Handle customer requests within established quality standards and service level agreements
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when required
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, customer-focused experience during every interaction
• Stay up to date with platform features, policies, and e-commerce best practices
