CloserHire is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon to support a globally renowned tech brand. You will assist users with product features, troubleshoot, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social channels.

Fluency in German (C1) and good English (B2) are essential, with relocation support and a vibrant, multicultural Lisbon office. Weekend/shift availability and a proactive, customer-focused mindset are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) are required.
• Based in Lisbon or open to relocating.
• Experience in customer service or a BPO setting is a plus.
• Comfortable working with computers and common support platforms.
• Quick problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends or shift rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms
• Handle pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support requests
• Maintain a consistent and professional tone across all communication channels
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of support tickets
• Manage your individual ticket queue and adhere to service level expectations
• Contribute to content quality by reviewing help materials and suggesting improvements
