You will assist users in navigating platform tools, resolve inquiries with high satisfaction, and deliver empathetic support in a fast-paced environment. The full-time on-site role includes a base monthly package of €1,227.33 plus a €300 monthly performance bonus, and a tax-free meal allowance of €154.
