Real Recruitment Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client, an AI research and deployment company, for a customer support role in Lisbon, Portugal. The position is office-based with a 40-hour workweek and a 24/7 rotational shift system.

You will support consumers and business users of the platform, assist with billing questions, troubleshoot login issues, and guide users in using the products. A Portuguese interface and holidays apply.

Qualificações

• English fluency required.
• Experience in technical support or strong interest in AI.
• Able to work full-time from Lisbon office.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support consumers and business users of the client’s platform.
• Provide reactive support across multiple channels.
• Assist customers with billing and invoicing matters.
• Troubleshoot account access issues.
• Guide customers in using the client’s products.
