Qualificações

• Native-level or fluent English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centres, Customer Support, or Telecommunications.
• Interest in technology, AI, and digital tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon (Moscavide).

Responsabilidades
