RDN CONS in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking English-speaking AI Customer Support Agents to join an international team. You will help customers across channels, resolve technical issues, and guide users on product features in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across multiple channels.
• Assist with billing, invoicing and account-access inquiries.
• Troubleshoot platform, product and technical issues.
• Guide customers on using products and features.
• Identify issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Keep up to date with product developments.
