Wlgroup is seeking a meticulous Records Coordinator for our defence training catalogue. You will ensure consistency across the learning and service catalogues, manage updates in multiple systems, and build dashboards to track course control documents.

• Administrative work on training/catalogues with accuracy across multiple systems.
• Comfort with training management and course registration systems.
• Dashboard and tracker building to make status visible.
• Coordination with instructors, training branches and external stakeholders.
• Genuine attention to detail and ability to spot mismatches between published and approved documents.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the learning catalogue aligned across systems so courses read consistently.
• Manage course content updates across training management systems and the public portal, verifying results.
• Build and run a tracking dashboard for course control documents linked to the catalogue.
• Coordinate with training branches and instructors to populate fields and chase missing data.
• Track each course through certification and coordinate with colleagues on observations and corrective actions to keep records clean.
• Participate in curriculum review boards and follow-up catalogue work.
• Answer instructor and stakeholder queries promptly and expand the network of contacts.
• Maintain an overview of course and certification status and flag discrepancies between published and approved data.
