WLG in Portugal is seeking a records and catalogues coordinator to ensure the learning catalogue remains consistent with the broader service catalogue across multiple systems.

You will manage content updates, build dashboards for course control documents, and coordinate with instructors and branches to fill fields and resolve discrepancies. Fluent English is required, with strong attention to detail and experience with training management systems.

Qualificações

• Administrative work on training, education or service catalogues across several systems with accuracy.
• Comfort with training management and course registration systems; keeping two catalogues in step.
• Dashboard and tracker building using spreadsheets or reporting tools to make status visible.
• Coordination with instructors, training branches and external stakeholders.
• Genuine attention to detail: the ability to spot published fields that no longer match approved documents.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the learning catalogue and the wider service catalogue aligned, so a course reads the same wherever someone looks it up.
• Manage course content updates across training management systems and the public portal, and check results rather than assume.
• Build and run a tracking dashboard for course control documents, linked to the catalogue itself.
• Work with training branches and instructors to ensure fields in documents are filled properly and follow up on missing items.
• Track each course through certification, coordinating observations and corrective actions until records are clean.
