Jobsonboard in Lisbon invites multilingual Technical Support Specialists to join our global digital service platform. You will troubleshoot, assist B2B and B2C users, and collaborate with international teams. Fluency in French, Italian, German, or Dutch plus English is required.

Expect a full-time, on-site role with shift rotation to cover global hours. You will maintain knowledge bases and contribute to incident management, aiming for high CSAT and fast resolution times.

Qualificações

• Bilingual or multilingual fluency in French, Italian, German or Dutch with professional English proficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to master new software quickly.
• Analytical thinking with clear, actionable guidance for users.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle pressure in a global support setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support to B2B and high-value B2C users.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve platform issues and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to knowledge base with FAQs and troubleshooting articles.
• Meet KPIs for resolution time, CSAT, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
