Dream Acquisition Group is seeking a UX/Product lead to own the full user experience across our markets in Europe. You will optimize the seller and buyer journeys, email flows, and copy, using data and customer conversations to drive decisions. You’ll prototype with AI and direct the content, landing pages and tests without waiting on others.

You report to the CEO, work closely with the CTO, and set the agenda for your area. 3–6 years’ experience and strong English are essential in this role.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of experience in product or UX roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to tie product decisions to revenue impact.
• Experience turning ideas into clickable prototypes.
• Ownership mindset and delivery-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end UX across all markets and touchpoints.
• Identify bottlenecks via data, user conversations, and sales feedback.
• Turn concepts into prototypes using AI and prototyping tools.
• Collaborate with development; report to the CEO and CTO.
• Set the agenda for your areas and drive improvements.
