Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in B2B software.
• Experience with regulated-data fields like KYB/KYC/AML in Fintech/Regtech.
• Experience delivering both front-end and back-end changes, API-first.
• Strong technical product development understanding and trade-offs.
• Proven ability to own and prioritize product backlog & roadmap.
• Regular use of AI tools for research, prototyping, exploration.
• Ability to translate feedback into clear requirements and plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder alignment.
• Proactive, adaptable, commercially minded, independent in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, definition, development, and delivery of new products from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into PRDs and well-scoped releases.
• Develop prototypes and run early-access launches to validate ideas.
• Monitor adoption and refine features for engagement and outcomes.
• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering across frontend, backend, and API work.
