Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment in agency or high-growth environments.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters is a strong advantage.
• Excellent client-facing communication, timely updates, and transparent recruitment timelines.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, able to distinguish genuine qualifications.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team and ensure high standards across candidate assessments and hiring outcomes.
• Coach Recruitment Specialists and review scorecards before client submission.
• Attend client interviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and track placements.
• Oversee active pipelines, address delays, and keep searches progressing.
• Provide weekly written client updates on open positions.
