Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team. This role focuses on multilingual support, problem-solving and delivering high-quality service in a multicultural environment.

You will assist customers in Dutch and English, provide clear information, and follow standard procedures to ensure a professional customer experience. On-site initially, with a potential transition to hybrid after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Must currently reside in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Availability to work on-site initially.
