Job summary

Cordis is seeking a Contract Junior Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across EMEA with a focus on sourcing and coordination. You will partner with Talent Acquisition to build pipelines and conduct recruiter screenings, driving recruiting operations across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional with 0-2 years experience, strong English skills, and comfort working in a multicultural environment within a global team.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years experience).
• Previous recruiting internship or recruiting coordination experience is required, sourcing experience is a strongly preferred.
• Good English communication skills, other European languages are preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and multinational environment.

• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within ATS
• Support interview coordination and candidate communication when needed
• Provide market insights and talent mapping for key hiring areas
