Job summary

Cordis, LLC is seeking a Contract Junior Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across EMEA, focusing on sourcing and coordination.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to build candidate pipelines, conduct recruiter screenings, and drive recruiting operations across multiple functions, while maintaining applicant records within the ATS and coordinating interviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years experience).
• Previous recruiting internship or recruiting coordination experience is required, sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Good English communication skills, other European languages are preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within ATS.
• Provide market insights and talent mapping for key hiring areas.
