Job summary

QUANTEAM - Portugal (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) in Porto is seeking a Junior Helpdesk to deliver first-level IT support across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. You will diagnose hardware, software and network issues, handle tickets, and provide remote assistance to teams in Portugal and Spain.

The role is hybrid in Porto with a clear career path via Quanteam Academy and Elevate Program, plus ongoing support from a Consultant Expert. Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Helpdesk or IT Support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, DHCP, printers).
• Familiar with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Technical qualification Level 4 or 5 in IT, Networks or Systems; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Portuguese fluency is mandatory; intermediate Spanish is essential.
• English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system and basic network issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DHCP and printers.
• Manage support requests, incidents and service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
• Provide remote assistance to users and collaborate with Helpdesk teams in Portugal and Spain.
