Job summary

act digital is seeking a Fund Reconciliation Officer to ensure accurate reconciliation of fund positions and transactions across a network of custodians and administrators. You will identify discrepancies, investigate reconciliation breaks, and support automation within an international banking environment.

The role involves handling SWIFT MT54X confirmations, collaborating with custodians and transfer agents, and maintaining robust operational controls and risk documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of fund positions and transactions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and external counterparties.
• Monitor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
• Process and validate SWIFT MT54X confirmations.
• Collaborate with custodians, administrators, and transfer agents.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational controls.
• Contribute to operational risk management, audits, and continuous process improvement.
• Support automation and optimization initiatives.
