Natixis in Portugal seeks a Senior Front Office Reconciliation Officer to lead reconciliation across extended product lines and ensure accurate FO IT system representations. The role combines hands-on analysis with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will influence process improvements, oversee change adoption, and support project execution within Natixis in Portugal's GMO team in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Master's degree in Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of market finance products and preferably FO to Post trade processes
• Good English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of controls and regulatory expectations (MiFID, EMIR, ISO 9001)
• Mastery of digital tools (e.g., MS Office)

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for Front Office reconciliation to ensure the correct representation of the operations in the FO IT System on an extended products perimeter.
• Pursues a detailed analysis by reviewing transactions to ensure they are accurately recorded in the systems.
• Detects discrepancies or errors during consistency controls and reports them to the relevant teams to ensure a timely resolution.
• Mentor less experienced staff and share procedures and best practices.
• Supports the team leader in coordinating resources for successful project execution and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Acts as Team Leader backup for project follow-up, performance controls and related tasks.
