Job summary

act digital is seeking a Junior Funds Reconciliation Analyst to support accurate reconciliations and financial operations for investment funds in Lisbon. The role offers a hybrid schedule with two on-site days per week and a full-time contract.

You will reconcile cash, positions and transactions, investigate breaks with internal teams and counterparts, and leverage Excel and financial systems to ensure precise reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience or academic background in fund operations, finance or reconciliations.
• Understanding of investment funds, hedge funds and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with SWIFT MT54x messages is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Avaloq experience is a plus.
• Good command of English and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
